So what is RPA?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) new trending technology. RPA is a technology which can ease your life various way in service-based company. in short RPA is a tool or software program that can perform similar actions as humans while interacting with computer software/application and achieving automation of repetitive, rule-based tasks/processes. 
RPA tools are very technically similar to graphical user interface testing tools. These tools automate interactions with the GUI and the repeating task of action performed by a user.
Examples of RPA is: receiving the email containing specific subject or body of the mail, extracting the data from pdf, CRM, web scrapping from the browser, etc.


Robotic process automation has proved itself as a game-changing technology in the industry. Still, it is a very common topic of argument among automation developer is whether RPA should be seen as an extension of the technology that came before or it is a new development. 

Why RPA?

In today's scenario of typical enterprises, RPA can be used to fill the gap between systems & processes. 
Businesses can use RPA in so many ways like generating bulk emails in couple of minutes, creating and sending invoices, employee payroll automation, history verification of employees, ERP automation. 
As we all know any business just wants to generate revenue, RPA can help in task to cash by automating sales operation. It means it won't just work faster compare to humans doing the same job but also it will improve job accuracy better than humans. Entire sales department work can be automated by the RPA to make a more profitable business resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

RPA is a game-changer technology. It is being used in most of the businesses in so many ways to save money, time on repetitive manual tasks and resources. It allows the software bot(robot) to copy human behavior.
RPA works faster than a human can do the same tasks, which means a quicker response to the clients for any deals. 
It can automate software enterprises like ERP systems, FSM software, or service management tools with the help of software user interfaces. 
RPA works with the rule-based, regular task that required manual input/output. It improves business efficiency and makes the employee more productive.
RPA improves productivity to deliver intelligence data accurately. It provides real-time access to financial data with reporting and analytical capabilities.
